I’ve been trying to come up with a mental list of my favorite liveries and there are just too many badass ones to think of.

So I figured Oppo can help share their favorites. Even if I post one you like, you should share as well. I always like seeing it on other vehicles as well.

Here go some favorites off the top of my head:

Heck yeah. M colors will always look good. That Sunoco 917 is near the top of my all-time favorite race-cars.

I think they had so many sponsors they just didn’t care about colors clashing, so sometimes it turned out awesome. I mean, the 7up and Leyton House ones should not work, but they do!

Yeah. Barber motorsports park museum in Birmingham. Lots of cool old lotus stuff. And lots of cool old bikes.

Mercedes’ Sonax on their 190e DTM was rather nice...

Peugeot’s 205 T16 is an icon in the classic Shell stripes.

And you can never forget the two-wheeling 850 wagon wonder in blue/white Securicor/Omega livery

Furniture Row Racing (both from this year, the Auto-Owners one is new for 2016)

Calsonic Skyline

Yellow Hat GT-R (which has a big, black #3 on the roof, possibly a tribute to the Corvette C5-Rs that ran (and won) the 2001 Rolex 24 at Daytona?)

Piedmont Airlines (I always personally preferred the Hagan Racing #44 livery over the RCR #3 livery.)

Nissan actually had TWO throwback Altimas, but this was the best one.

Just about anything Team Cadillac.

Kinetic Motorsports’ latest Forte Koup racers, especially the silver/green.

Anything Polestar Racing.

Red Pig, ‘nuff said.

The Idemitsu Motion Civic.

Snake and Mongoose

Whelen Engineering has alway had great paint schemes, and this years schemes for both RCR and Action Express are some of the best to date.

Plus all-jag racing? Heck yeah. I didn’t like this generation of E-type, but man as an open-top racer it looks fantastic

I’m partial to the Series 3. Mainly because, of the Jags my father had, his ‘74 Series 3 roadster was the most striking, in my opinion. Black with biscuit interior and a 4 speed manual. I’d give anything to have that car back in the family.

Personally I love the tinier diecasts since companies like TLV provide amazing quality and manufacturers like Welly provide awesome breadth (like the new Volvo XC90 I just got from Kimba!)

Ooooooh, geez, my wallet is running dry just thinking about it! The trouble with Wellies is that they’re around $10+ off eBay but only about $3-4 overseas so they’re so much better if you have connections so perhaps some HWEPs are in order...also, we can’t forget MBX’s Volvo V60 coming this year!
